Melanie Kiley, who has worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager for The Foschini Group and is an organisational development consultant, will lead this workshop.

Melanie has 18 years of experience in working with people and companies to facilitate growth and transformation. 

As a master café conversation facilitator, she believes in the power of conversation as a catalyst for change and for the creation of new realities and culture transformation within organisations.

She has hosted numerous cafés, with the outcome of engaging all the stakeholders to harness their collective intelligence, speed up their acceptance of change and rebuild their optimism.
