What's the point of who owns the fish?

Just a quick 1st post to testdrive my HuddleMind blog...

The 'who owns the fish?' riddle is popularly attributed to Albert Einstein who allegedly claimed that only 2% of the population would be able to answer the riddle. To the best of my knowledge neither has been reliably verified.

Typically the ability to solve the riddle is purported to reflect on intelligence, which misses the point entirely - in as much as there is a point to be found in getting down to a little process of elimination.
