- I am a research advisory board member of Saugatuck Technology and co-founder and President of the HorizonView Group, a marketing consulting and strategey services firm specializing in end to end markeing and customer loyalty. I have extensive experience in the technology industry and, in my 30 year career at IBM, led pioneering work on cloud computing, energy and environment, social networking and business process services. As Vice President of Corporate Market Insights I drove market research and analyses that shaped IBM’s strategies around emerging technologies and new markets, branding and channels.
