- What My Organization Does
- We aim Help the youth cope with the challenges they are facing while at school these days,empowering and ecouraging them to take responsibilities required of them in the present as well as the future. The Programme also works to encourage self discipline and self reliance in them while still in high school. Today's youth are the country's future leaders in all sectors of governance and leadership;therefore there is a great need to empower,inform and enrich the youth with valuable life skills for the development of the country,harnessing their inner,undiscoverd capabilities and acting on them. The aim of this programme is to enable the school going youth to make better and informed choices about their studies;providing them with the relevant and necessary academic support through the implementation of a strong and effective service using the assigned portfolios. We also work to cultivate an innovative interest in Science(which is a very scarce field of work in Botswana) which will see the country meet its quota of local scientists.

- Im a recent Bsc Microbiology and Biotechnology graduate from The University of Cape Town and i have an immeasurable interest in contributing to the growth and development of the education structure in my country ,Botswana,by taking it beyond the curriculum through the harnessing of the young innovative mind and encouragement of the secondary school learners to think and act more broadly about their academics while in school,making use of all the opportunities and resources made available to them and otherwise,calling them to be active participants in the development of the country,instead of being passive beneficiaries of services provided by the gorvenment. It is for this reasons that this non -governmental organisation was founded-active and positive contribution to the society.
