I'm passionate about facilitating and learning using experiential, creative and embodied methodologies. I'm interested in the stories people tell, and their dreams and visions for a better future. My work using family and systems constellations, and an inspiring partnership in Lucid Training is facilitating the manifestation of my vision of being involved in processes of deep change. I'm looking forward to exploring inspiring conversations with members on this site.

Hi bob

Thanks for the welcome. Sounds like interesting discussion and I'll be joining in as soon as I return home in June.

Thanks for initiating important work!

Hi Tanja,

Welcome to the group.

As I keep saying, my intention is to make this site as interactive as possible; a place where people can exchange and share ideas - unfortunately, it's not happening yet, maybe we are not at critical mass. However, 7 is, apparently, a luck number and as you are the seventh member, maybe things will start happening.

In case you hadn't noticed I've started a discussion around favourite experiential learning cycles; if you have any thoughts they would be more than welcome.

Hi Tanja - nice to see you here. You are certainly a great example of the values we live by. Creative; the training you've created is original and powerful. Collaborative; always looking for how you can work with people rather than competing. Supportive; the whole ethos of constellation work. Action focused; you're always looking at how to do things, rather than just talk about them. Honouring; yourself and others. Setting up to win; not just yourselves, but your clients. Learning and growing; 'nuff said

Hi Tanja, Thanks for your comment. I'd be interested to hear about anyone doing work in the outdoors whether it's explicitly therapeutic or for personal growth.

It would great to meet up for a coffee to share ideas etc. I expect to be in CT later in the year (most of my family still lives there), so once I've got those dates I'll let you know. It looks like you do some really interesting work. I look forward to hearing about it. I'm an ex-hr manager so I am also looking at applying gestalt principles to team development, coaching etc. But one thing at a time I think!

Warm regards
Paul

Hi Tanja, I was interested to see from your website that you have an interest in Wilderness Therapy. I'm a therapist in the UK and I'm involved in a newly established peer group for therapists who incorporate the wilderness in their work. I was wondering whether there is a similar network in SA? I will be doing some work in SA later this year, it would be great to talk to like minded practicioners in SA.

Warm regards
Paul
