Was just reading your thread on project management. I've been looking into project management course for myself and a colleague. We're currently in the process of setting up an ngo, with myself as the project manager and my colleague as the assistant pm. Its been a bumpy ride trying to establish relationships, processes and I'm learning a lot, making a lot of mistakes as this is my first foray into "managing". It would be great if I could pick your brain as to what courses I should be looking at. Also, I have been looking for a discussion group of people, needn't be ngo based, but of project managers who can discuss processes, experiences and solutions. Informal but I have always gained so much from these types of groups, especially when they consist of diverse industries..so, if you have come across any - please shout. any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I am sooo busy at the moment, and most of this can't be dealt with using typical Project Management techniques, because it's all single-resource stuff.
