If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one new ability OR quality, what would it be?
listen with an open mind
If you want to share >> About Me:
Fiona Ross, born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, graduated from UCT in 1996 with a Bachelor of Business Science degree. She lived and worked in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal at Unilever in the marketing division, before joining Added Value Marketing Agency in Cape Town. She started Learn to Lead with her sister, Kate Blaine, in 2004. .

Fiona has enjoyed many leadership roles, at work, in her own business, and in the community. She believes that the ability to lead is founded on how well you know yourself, your confidence level and how you interact with other people. She believes it is a skill that can be learnt and that we should each continually work on our own personal growth.
Fiona’s methodology is based on her training and experiences in: Creative idea generation processes, The Thinking Environment, Improvisation and Body work and Dialogue.
Recent clients include: Allan Gray, The Mount Nelson, RMB Asset Management, Glacier, Clicks, Engen and Johnson and Johnson.

Fiona has been a mentor at Tsiba College of education since 2005. She has been a volunteer at Ons Plek Shelter for Girls since 2001, where she has run a dance project, baking group and organises an annual holiday camp. Fiona has served on the Ons Plek Board of Directors since 2006.
Do you have a project that you are utterly impassioned by at the moment?
