Hi Bob, Thanks for the paper on management teams. I'm looking forward to reading it when I have a quiet few minutes.

I'm interested that you had a tutor with a gestalt background. Part of my thinking at the moment is directed at how to use the gestalt method of inquiring into 'what is' in terms of the team or the management problem, and then to formulate goals from that.

In my therapeutic work the change occurs as the client comes to know themselves fully and more deeply. In a business setting this deeper understanding of, say an organisational culture is extremely powerful. What I am working on at the moment is how to work in a more structured fashion without losing too much of the organic nature of gestalt work.

Thanks again for your paper.

Regards
Paul

Great to be here! I hope Huddlemind is about about more than simply connecting (although, already a good thing in itself) and also about getting things moving and changed!!
