If you could wake up tomorrow having gained any one new ability OR quality, what would it be?
Ultimate Enlightenment ... and Omniscience too!
If you want to share >> About Me:
What drives me and defines me more than anything else is an intense passion to discover and understand more about the deeper truth of our existence, and to assimilate and disseminate this knowledge. Who are we, really? What is the purpose of life? What is the true nature of the universe? How does life really work? How can we create more effectively? What is the key to happiness? These questions eclipsed my graphic design career, and led me to spend three years in an ashram in India, where I engaged in contemplation on the truth about life, in and through a structured investigation of the ancient Advaita Vedanta philosophy. It's been a wierd and wonderful path since then, with the quest continuing, the focus widening and clarity emerging.
I’ve come to see that the conditions in our lives and in our world actually trace back to our deepest spiritual beliefs. All our experiences are shaped and in some way created by our thoughts and beliefs. And our beliefs pertaining to any area of our lives are actually based on the foundation of our beliefs about who we are, what god is, and what the nature and purpose of life is. Our beliefs about something can accurately describe that thing or be out of alignment with the truth of that thing. In the case of our identity, our most commonly held ideas do not quite square up with reality. And once we miss the truth of who we are, the ensuing beliefs, behaviors, relationships, and the consequent structures and conditions in our world fall far from their optimal possibility, as they currently have. So in addition to our efforts to fix the areas of life that are not working the way we would like, it is as pertinent now as ever to ask the fundamental philosophical question: Who am I? A more enlightened understanding and vision of ourselves will manifest in a more enlightened world.
I'm inspired to bring about a more accurate understanding globally of ‘how it all works’, to focus specifically on Epistemology (how do we know what we know) and Illusions (ego, need, separation, requirement, superiority, ignorance…) and to share this knowledge to help steer the world back to Peace, Equality, Abundance, Love and Joy. I have a dream...!
I'M CURRENTLY OPEN TO COLLABORATIONS OR PROJECTS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
• Course development

Do you have a project that you are utterly impassioned by at the moment?
I'm currently writing a book about who we are in essence, and how it is that we (mostly) come to miss this reality. This enquiry leads to the subject of illusions and the various levels of reality which hold and shape us and our world. Identifying the illusory levels of reality, I believe will lead us back to seeing what is really real, and to living it, thus ushering in an age of enlightenment for our planet - and it could be sooner than we think!

Hey Kirsten! Thank you. I am keen to join the dialogue group, just don't want to be a non-contibuting member (have lots on the go at the moment) but i will join soon, as i think its important to talk about talking - why, how, and especially - what are we communicating -like, essentially (like, what are we saying behind all the words and sentences.) I believe this persepective will really help, and filter down into the HOW of effective communication. Once we know what we're really up to, we'll do it more effectively. Jees, I'm into it already!!! Looks like I must join :-)...Devin
Hi Devin, welcome! You ask the most profound questions. Bring 'em on I say! If you'd like to join it, I've started a Dialogue group here - it would be fantastic to engage with your enquiring mind there.
